It didn't feel 4 star. It was more like a 3 or 2 going based off my room. The restaurant and cafe downstairs definitely helped to elevate the experience. The room is by far average. Staff was friendly, and the location is perfect for what we needed. We wanted to be off Broadway and near central park, so this was perfect for us.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms were nice and big but over priced.
Staff friendly and check in was fast.
Heads up if you are in a high floor the elevator takes a long time

Great experience. Good location. Beautiful view from the 30th floor. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Extraordinary breakfast buffet included with stay. A bit of a walk to several subway stations. Would book again in the future.

Very courteous, but slow to respond. I had to call 3 times to get our door fixed before someone came the day after. Also I was told a bathroom scale would be brought up but it wasn’t.
