Per usual love hotel you will be locked in once you are in the room, dial 9 and ask staff to open door if you need to leave the room. Car park is on level 1, you need to use stairs to get to room passing the reception. Hotel is on a slope so it's a bit challenging to stop and ask for instructions when we arrive. Room is large and toiletries are amazing and ladies can even use hair curler and other products. Overall good value and comfortable for 1-2 nights if you don't mind the style of stay."

"Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down. Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka. Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation. Poor listening and customer service. "Escaping from daily busy life. From the beginning the hospitality was warming and excellent. The front desk lady super duper nice, showed us the facility, amenities and genuinely happy to have us the onsen/ryokan experience. The bath house was nice and clean. The room with the view of the city was just spectacular a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. i highly recommended this to get away from the hustle and bustle of OSAKA."
