Hotels in Indian Waterways

"Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. "

"Excellent facilities.Staff was kind and courteous. Room was immaculately clean and the view was beautiful. We’re thinking of making this a yearly stay. Couldn’t be more pleased. 👍"

"Staff members were wonderful but dining area/kitchen seemed understaffed on the evening we were there for dinner. Not a great value for the price of meal. Mornings were much better."

"We loved our stay here. The rooms were wonderful & spacious. Reasonably priced. Location was pretty perfect & it was nice to sit on the balcony at night & listen to the bands at Sharkeys across the water. "

"The property is really nice with a nice layout. However, it is time for some updates. Needs new lounge chairs on the beach and pool deck. The rooms could use some attention and if you charge premium rates I should not hear the traffic drive by all night. Time for some impact doors and windows. Also, the "dock charge" now I think is over the top especially that the boat ramp is in really bad shape. Again, when you pay a premium things like dockage should be included unless your docking the Titanic....."

"While the room was clean, it was in need of remodeling/upgrading. Bed was comfortable bathroom had no shower pressure. Door key gave us problems most days. This was the best value we found in the keys, staff friendly, close to a new Mexican and CCs restaurant. Ok for 2 nights at best. "

"The room was great. Very clean and up to date. We had a great view of the marina and the ocean. Might need to mention that this particular building only has stairs. There was an issue with a faulty structure that could had been handled much better but overall good."

"I booked a stay at this facility, got a confirmation and had my credit card charged. The next day, the hotel called me and said they double booked us and were cancelling our reservation. It left us to scramble and end up at a much worse facility."

"Rooms a little dated but very clean. Staff was great. Poolside and tiki bar was great. Food outside was great and restaurants on property that you can walk to was really good as well. Did not try the breakfast inside."
