"The hotel was terrible. We were supposed to stay seven nights. We only lasted 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned despite our requests. It was 27.5 degrees in the room while it was 25 degrees outside. Impossible to air out the room. On top of that, this hotel had the bright idea of placing our room next to a noisy road, even though we were staying 7 nights and were entitled to a quieter room with the possibility of airing it out. "Arrived late 9pm and staff were still there to welcome us. V clean and comfortable. No breakfast available but good local recommendation No parking available but we managed to find a place at the rear of the hotel"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Future Inn Hotel Plymouth. Every time we have stayed at this hotel it has been excellent. Unfortunately it is due to close at the end of Sept 2026 to be taken over by Premier Inn & due to open in Jan 2027. Premier Inn apparently will be charging £10 a night to park your car whilst staying at the hotel !!! I think we will look for somewhere else to stay if that is to be the case. You are paying to stay at a hotel & they want to charge you for parking your car ???"
