Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well. We ran out of tea bags but reception staff quickly replaced them when asked. The location close for trams and the river. We went swimming and found you couldn't get into the shower cubicle and close the glass door! So you had to change in either the toilet or hope nobody came into the area. Laundry was clean and functional.
