"Our room was newly remodeled. clean and comfortable… The complementary water every day and other drinks was much appreciated. The staff service was excellent, they were kind and very helpful. The only draw back was the close proximity to the Zocalo (main courtyard) which was a nonstop drum playing throughout the day and most of the night. "

"Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms and all guest areas of the hotel were clean. Upon arrival to our room, we found a hand-written note from the hotel manager. It might not seem like a big deal but for us it was a heart-warming note showing genuine appreciation. Area was quiet, close to many restaurants and walkable distance to El Zocalo. Breakfast at the cafe was very good and staff was very attentive. Definitely highly recommended"

"Spacious and clean room, and very hospitable staff! We had issues getting the AC going and needing soap refilled, they addressed it right away. Even followed up to make sure it was taken care of. The location is great, but it is on a street with heavy traffic and lots of honking, still quite loud even from the 7th floor. Enjoyed a comfortable stay here."
