"This is the second time for us at the Galeria Plaza Reforma. The staff are great and very welcoming. Location wise, the hotel is close to the Angel of Independence. There are plenty of great spots to visit within a 30 minute walk and a short Uber/Taxi/Didi ride will get you to plenty of sites within a 15 minute drive."

"I felt like I was inside the titanic, the inside of this hotel is so beautiful, the glass ceiling with its colorful pane window glass is amazing! Not to mention you are literally steps away from the zocalo like 20 steps and I’m not lying, My window view every morning and night was all of the historic churches and zocalo, couldn’t have it any other way, breakfast at the rooftop every morning buffet style all you can eat and drink included in my package was a big plus, if I ever get the opportunity to visit Mexico City again I will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel has all the amenities that you would want in a hotel. Daily bed changes and towel changes. My wife and child got sick while staying here and they took very good care of us. Brought us extra water and cleaned the room thoroughly. Also the location can’t be beat. This hotel is a meeting spot for most excursions such as tolontongo trip and Teotihuacan pyramid tour. If we come back to cdmx we will most likely stay here again. Very convenient, clean and accommodating in so many ways."
