"The shower handle was loose and it went around in circles. Also the body wash was empty and I called the front desk and it still didn't get filled. I saw a cleaning lady in the hall and told her and she quickly replaced it right away. Also the carpet was not vacuumed the first day. Normally this hotel is awesome this is the only time we had an issue. "
