"El lugar es bonito y céntrico, pero es difícil de encontrar ya que primero hay otro hotel que se llama Estación Alameda que está a 2 cuadras de allí (que resulta ser de la misma cadena) y segundo comparte ubicación con un restaurante de nombre Fidelio.
Las habitaciones están limpias y de buen gusto, sin embargo en la noche se escucha mucho ruido de la parte del rooftop además de que queda junto a la iglesia de San José y suenan las campanas a cada hora por lo que es un punto a considerar.
