C'est mon deuxième séjour dans le même appartement et j'y retourne avec un grand plaisir. Le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute si le moindre problème. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour en solo comme en famille. Merci Ori.

Property is in a great location however there is a train being built right in front of the building and they are working on it 24/7 so its noisey all the time. There is also a roach problem in the bathroom and kitchen. Other than that its a good price for what it is.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, spärliche Parkplätze

Das Apartment liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und gleich unterhalb des Unterkunftes ist ein kleines Laden, welche Getränke, Konserven und Ähnliches anbieten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind Restaurants und Bus Stationen, was eine sehr gute Lage ist. Da wir mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs waren, gestaltete sich die Parkplatz-Suche etwas schwierig. Die Unterkunft ist im 2. EG und das Gebäude hat kein Lift, deshalb mussten wir unsere Koffer (teilweise bis 25 Kilos) hochtragen, was zwar nicht schlimm ist, aber weniger komfortabel. Das Apartment selber ist gut ausgestattet Induktionsplatten, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Schlafsofa, ein grosses Bett für 2 Personen und sauberes Bad (Regendusche war toll!!!). Bat Yam ist zwar ein bisschen ausserhalb von Tel Aviv, was uns aber nicht störte, da wir mit unserem Mietwagen unterwegs waren. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Fragen immer zeitnah über Whatsapp geantwortet und geholfen. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Bat Yam!

Seulement si vous avez un moyen de locomotion

Séjour de quelques heures seulement dans cet appartement excentré, idéal si vous avez une voiture. Sinon il est quand même loin de Tel Aviv. L'appartement en lui même est très fonctionné, très bien équipé, avec une chambre au fond très confortable, à côté d'une salle d'eau très propre et fonctionnelle. Le coin salon est tout aussi pratique. Bref, si vous avez un moyen de locomotion, c'est une solution confortable et économique. Attention, 55 USD demandés pour le nettoyage !

A NICE EXPERIENCE OVERALL

The overall experience was nice. No problems whatsoever, transport was easy. The only thing I’d complain about are $50 that I was charged for “cleaning”, which the reservation said nothing about, and there was never housekeeping done during my stay. Also, the instructions for checkout were sent in a mail that didn’t let me open them EVER. It kept loading and loading and never gave me instructions. I’m still wondering what they may be.

Hair dryer box was empty... a/c heater in bedroom popped the circuit breaker when the heat came on. We informed the owner and they promptly looked at it.
