Great and cozy studio for 2 adults. Property is not as renovated as it look in the pictures, however location is perfect - only 2 blocks from the beach, great restaurants, very close from Carmel market. Jorden made a wonderful job with all communication and she even help us to print our boarding passes and PCR testings before our departure. Thanks for making us feel at home

Leider war es, aufgrund einer Baustelle vor dem Haus, ab 7 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Die graue Couch ist ziemlich verschmutzt und könnte eine Reinigung gut vertragen und das Bad ist mit leichtem Schimmel befallen. Die Matratze war recht hart, was aber nun mal Geschmack Sache ist. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war hervorragend, sodass wir alles schnell besprechen konnten (Check-in / Check-out)!

Communication was really good, they really cared if everything is OK. For example, I've came late, had to pick up keys by myself and they've made sure do I got keys, do I get in, are everything OK etc.

The apartment was compact but had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the staff were wonderfully helpful. The location was also excellent.

Das Foto entspricht nicht der Unterkunft. Sie war zu ebener Erde, Zugang vom Hof in dem es nach Katzenurin stank. Das Zimmer sah noch akzeptabel aus, aber die Küche, in die man sogleich nach einer schäbigen Wohnungstür kam, war heruntergekommen und erst recht das Bad. Alles sehr kaputt und verbraucht. Es roch außerdem schimmlig. Der Preis war dafür unverschämt. Man versuchte ihn mit der zentralen Lage und Nähe zum Strand zu rechtfertigen und dass alles in Tel Aviv teuer sei. Es überhaupt Urlaubern anzubieten ist frech. Ich musste das Quartier zum ersten Mal ablehnen. Wir bekamen zwar ein anderes und besseres, mussten aber noch draufzahlen. Auch dort war einiges verfallen: Im Bad fielen die Fliesen ab, das Waschbecken hing schräg von der Wand, die Regale rostig, eine schäbige Badewanne, so auch in der Küche, die direkt in einem Zimmer war. Auch hier wurde der Preis mit der Lage gerechtfertigt. Wenigstens machte man wirklich sauber. Eine Schabe lief uns trotzdem über den Weg. Wir baten um eine Gegenmaßnahme. Darum wurde sich nicht wirklich gekümmert. Ich würde mich schämen, ein heruntergekommenes Bad und offene Löcher aus denen Kabel zu sehen sind, sowie einen Zweitfernseher nur als Alibi... Urlaubern anzubieten und noch eine Menge Geld zu verlangen.

Great location - good apartment

First off - the location is fantastic. Close to Bograshov beach, next to a supermarket and easy access to taxis/Public transport. Check in was straightforward and hassle free. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was in line with what's on offer around most Tel Aviv. I particularly liked the attention to detail around what was made available in the apartment ( especially scented candles in the kitchen drawer!) I would happily reccomend this company and the apartment ( Ben Yehuda 31)

El hospedaje fue bueno en cuanto a ubicación es algo acorde al precio y al lugar, el costo de limpieza son 50 pero son dólares así que sale un poco más costoso de lo que tú piensas. El internet es un servicio malo en realidad muy lento he incluso deja de funcionar.

Worst experience ever.

TelAviving is the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The manager was unreachable and rude. Didnt care at all. The place was a dump. We left early. Do not stay here.

This place could be wonderful!! It is very good located,is big enough for 2 people...but it needs TLC urgently! The windows,walls are super dirty, the curtains are stained,the shower is terrible,the bathroom door was broken,the bed made so much noise I found myself sleeping on the sofa bed. All of it needs cleaning,painting,mopping! In general,the building is on a very bad state.

Perfect location but less than perfect unit.

The location was perfect, very close to Dizengoff Square. However, the studio unit was tiny and stuffy; the overhead fan didn’t work (although the air conditioner did); there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom; no closet, hooks or anywhere to hang clothes; no coffee maker; and, apart from liquid soap in the bathroom, no toiletries were provided.

Everything very new; Bed new and all clean. Amenities weak- No plates, real cups, silverware, pots-; maybe so new, but personally don’t like to be ‘guini pig’. Israeli washing machines are all in Hebrew and hard to wash clothes. (Confusing).
