"When we arrived and were assigned our room there was an unusual smell and we believed it was coming from the AC unit. We originally thought is was temporary but unfortunately after 30 minutes the smell was still quite overwhelming. We had taken our concerns to the front desk. They were genuinely concerned for us; profusely apologized and instantly assigned a new room to us. My family and I decided if we were going to return in the future to visit our relatives, this would be the hotel for us. The breakfast was your typical breakfast for a hotel with a pleasant surprise of quiche on the buffet on our last day. Staff for the breakfast area went out of their way to assist any quest and was exceptionally personable. I would highly recommend booking your stay at this hotel."
