It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing. "I chose this place because it had an SG Clean rating. This must have been pre-pandemic as it was pretty icky. Showers were filthy. Reception is never manned and you have to press a button to speak to the owner remotely. I called days in advance to try and tell them I would be arriving after midnight but the phone just rings all day with no one answering it. They put me in a girls dorm because they had overbooked the mixed dorm. Most of the people staying there are south asians who are working or...
