"We had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The hotel was well kept, clean, spacious and well lit. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was excellent being several minutes walk to Fort Canning MRT station, a minute walk from a bus stop with frequent buses to Orchard Road and a few minutes walk to Clarke Quay. There is a supermarket and 7eleven in the WeWork building across the hotel.
We stayed in an Executive Room and it came with a decent sized bathroom, great view of the pool and good sized and comfortable bed. The room was well kept and clean. Our only negatives were that there is no power socket in the bathroom and the room service timing varied. Most days the room service arrived by noon while the room wasn't attended to until after 4pm on a couple of days.
Other than that. Overall a very very positive experience. The hotel even provided us with a power plug adaptor for our electronic products to use in the room. Thanks again."
