"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. Stunning resort on private island, a perfect trip!
"I cannot overstate how amazing Pangkor Laut Resort is! Everything about this stay was perfect. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the jetty for our boat transfer. The property itself is stunning! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by name and were offered an upgrade from our hill villa to an over water villa (spa villa). We loved every minute of our stay! I would highly recommended the complimentary jungle walk which is offered to guests where you get a chance to learn about the nature and animals around the island. It was truly such a great trip! Only negative was the pools were a bit warm and not as cool and refreshing as we would have liked for the hot, humid weather - we mentioned this on check-out and staff were super apologetic (probably our own fault for not mentioning it earlier to them). But overall it was a 10/10 and worth every penny! We will definitely go back :)"
