Thanks to super friendly staffs, also very professional, check-in and out were very smooth. Selection of breakfast was really nice. It was located in a safe and quiet area. I traveled with small children and they really liked our stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The night staff was not friendly at all the house. Cleaning Crew was so loud in the morning in the hallway that they woke me up both the days.

Property was nice clean. Pool was great. Staff was nice and personable. For the price, beverage area in room was low standard. Couch had noticeable stains and looked dirty. We put a sheet on the couch just to sit. Tv was small for the room size but great picture and nice cable. The breakfast area was great in seating and decore. Stayed 3 days and each day they ran out of food and it was around 8am. Items like butter, orange juice, fruit, bagels and white bread. Feel like i stayed at Super 6 not Hampton Inn

Was a good value for the money spent. Was there for 4 days and breakfast options were different each day. Maid service was supposed to be every other day, but only towels got changed out on the maid's day, bed not made and toilet not cleaned. Overall a nice hotel and a good stay for us.

Great place to stay in Hemet

Our second time saying and again a great place to stay , I love the Jacuzzi in the morning when noone else is using it ;) The food staff was super friendly and kept everythign well stocked, and front desk staff including Melissa were great! Target and all kinds of other stores very close by.

Staff are wonderful, they make you feel safe and welcome. Rooms have always been clean and I love the set up. It can get loud, like thin walls and floors, but always love staying there.

This is our second year staying at this hotel for the K1 nationals kart race. Kristen at the front desk was extremely accommodating and super friendly. She made the experience enjoyable. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Parking is ample and there is a nice pool and hot tub. It is centrally located near restaurants and shopping. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It has been a consistently good experience for us. The price is also reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and that's coming from someone who travels a lot on business and pleasure.

Would not stay here again, room given on 3rd floor has several items not working properly ( loose vanity faucet, stain carpet, cabinet door not closing complete) thin wall noisy from street traffic and close by room. Hotel run down, only thing positive was the breakfast. Clerk at check in ancelmo was unfriendly

Well located and convenient to necessary places like restaurants, groceries, gas stations and more. Noise level from the street was minimal and parking was ample and safe during our stay. I will go back again to stay.
