Great location, great rooms with balconies however… three people noted, only one set of towels. Called ahead of time to say I would be there after midnight the clerk was not receptive to say the least and attempted to scold me that I said “I would be there at 1am”…great option but not if I’m going to be I. Trouble for arriving late - I reside out of town- hence the need for the room.

We had drove all night from Utah and Sam was very kind and we were able to get an early check in with no additional fees. The employees are very polite and helpful. The beds seem to be updated and comfortable.

Great short stay

Reasonable, clean, comfortable, next to restaurant and off main road but conveniently located. Staff very helpful and accommodated our request to have all the group next to each other. Will stay there again.

I am very very picky with the dirt, odor and whatever that makes me feel uncomfortable but I found this hotel isn’t that bad! People are scary but respectful and very clean inside the suite! My friend and I agreed that isn’t that bad!

I was in town for a memorial service and needed an inexpensive option to stay one night. The property is located across main street from an exclusive country club area, so I expect this is the reason the property was quiet. The trim on the doors could use replacement (it was cracked and peeling and there were visible gaps at the bottom of the door). The water pressure was a little weak but tolerable. The bed was very comfortable. The freezer compartment in the fridge could use defrosting. If you need an affordable option with a comfy bed and is quiet but not big on any other bells and whistles, this location will more than suffice.

Everything was great but the noise from golf carts playing loud music while transporting drunk riders to and from bars back to canyon lake. Front desk people very nice and professional.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The problems were the neighbors were very loud and we're literally screaming outside and it was really late. The bathroom was clean but the shower had someones hair all over it, from the wall to the floor.

Not so great

It worked for what we needed - a place to sleep on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The bed was comfy. The room was in bad shape - adjoining room door closed with tape. I literally pulled our table and chair in front of the door as a blocker. One Electric outlet was not covered, no hangars, needs a paint job, etc.
