There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. "It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"
