"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."

"Excellent check-in and clearly explained where the room was. Bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. Breakfast was vast and delicious. The only negative was a huge brown stain on the bedroom floor carpet- this didn’t affect our stay but was just rather unsightly!"

My only criticism would be that there wasn’t a balcony or terrace and that was the only thing that could have made this room any better. The spa was fantastic especially the outdoor hot tub. Staff were friendly and welcoming and check in was quick and easy. "
