"This hotel is amazing. Great staff, service , food, drinks and pool. It's great value - very clean. We stayed at the property 3 nights. They were so helpful. Our room was very nice had a little patio. Pool was clean. A very nice place. We will be back."

"This hotel is such an amazing luxurious stay! We landed super early into Luxor and got here before check in time. Reception did all they could to expedite our room availability while we waited in their fancy lobby. We were also greeted with their fantastic guest relations, Merna, who escorted us upstairs to our suite. She made sure all of our needs and comfort were met. The view from our suite was amazing as this hotel is neatly located on the Nile River on the West Bank. It was pleasantly set up with so much space. Literally we cannot think of any complaints. The hotel is also cleanly decorated and built with soft, classical music playing for guests. They have multiple restaurants, coffee lounges, and amenities like pool, spa, and gym. What more is that they helped arranged shuttle to and from the airport. If you plan on coming to Luxor, definitely consider this hotel. 5/5!"

"Words cannot do justice to this treasure of a place tucked away on the East Bank of Luxor. It immediately transports you to another time and makes you feel absolutely at peace. Djorff Palace is the only place that truly does justice to everything Luxor has to offer—history, culture, a sense of belonging, and the most uniquely wonderful host, Dr. Marina! We stayed in the Emerald Room, waking up to the most beautiful sunrises, visible right from our balcony. Breakfast was prompt and on point, and the staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, Wi-Fi worked well, and room service was delicious and prompt—especially the sweet lassi! We even spotted hoopoe birds and lizards right from our room. We also had our laundry washed, pressed, and returned the same day for a modest price. The hotel has its own felucca, offering pickups and drop-offs to and from the West Bank for a very reasonable 150 EGP (approximately $2.85 USD). When we inquired about the famous Luxor sunset felucca ride, we were offered a private ride on the hotel's felucca for just 300 EGP, which we happily accepted. We had the entire boat to ourselves, and the experience was unforgettable! Thank you, Dr. Marina, for making Luxor the best part of our Egypt trip. Truly an unparalleled stay!"

"Our stay at the Steigenberger Resort & Spa was great. It fully met our expectations of a 5-star hotel in terms of comfort, and the service from the staff was exceptional. I would, however, note that on our last night, there was a wedding reception that lasted until 11:30 PM. The music was very loud and prevented us from sleeping. After voicing our concerns to the floor manager, we found him to be empathetic; he addressed the situation immediately and brought the volume down to a reasonable level."

"Everything mad everyone was very very good , had a very good 10 day in Pyramisa and I do recommend this hotel if you in Luxor I didn’t have any problems, whole time was a pleasure . Breakfast very good as well but small suggestion … increase amount of fruits and reduce amount of pastry Besides this all good , coming back again next year"
