"Liked the promptness of the airport shuttle. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had many choices. We didn't care for the " restaurant ". The pizza lacked sauce and cheese. The wait staff looked puzzled that we asked for plates and he served us beers that were half foam...and the self serve options was a very difficult transactions. Not seamless. We observed twice that people had trouble self checking out. We also had to obtain assistance of this technical snafu."

"Enjoyed our brief but delightful stay at The Hoxton Brussels. Our room was delightful and the exceptionally spacious, with a comfy little couch and armchair next to an amazing view. While the location initially seems removed from the rest of Brussels, we found it nice and peaceful when walking into town or taking a scooter home after some drinks! Both the tram and train are in close walking distance too. Overall could easily recommend a weekend here!"
