Room was dated. Mattresses were not comfortable and need replacing. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. I think they were working on some renovations but the workers started work on those renovations very early in the morning.

No cold plunge, slower restaurant staff service, lack hair products spa, clean rooms but little humid upper levels, pricey gift shop, small exercise room for size of hotel. Would have been great to have activities available for holiday.

We stayed here in Dec 2025. Property was beautiful and condo was clean and had all amenities needed. My only suggestion is to open the front desk earlier than 9am. It was hot and would have been great to sign out a bike before then and checking out would have been less rushed.
