"Beautiful property, staff helpful and attentive from check in to check out. All staff said hello when passing and asked if we needed help. Pool clean and comfortable. Lovely steam/sauna available. Enjoyed a great evening meal in the hotel, good menu choice, spacious dinning area with wonderful views as mainly glass windows to all aspects. Reasonable price for a hotel.Room was lovely, spacious. Coffee/tea facilities. Quiet room with a beautiful bathroom with complimentary shampoo/body wash and plenty of clean towels to hand. We booked massages and enjoyed both hot stone and aromatherapy full body massage. Ladies changing area was clean and great use of lockers. Loved the whole place, wished I had booked at least 2 night at the Spa hotel."

"Property was brilliant but really needs a lift as having to do several trips up and down stairs with all belongings was a bit inconvenient as you have to leave your belongings unattended downstairs whilst you go back to collect the rest of your belongings "

"It was very convenient for chapel down wines where we had arranged a tasting and dinner. Parking was good. The staff at the hotel were great. We ate lunch there one day and dinner one night the food was very good and reasonable. The cooked breakfast was excellent. My only criticism was the coffee there was only filter coffee available."

"I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here. Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on. The food is incredible. If they could just get rid of all the guests it would be perfect haha. The spa is a bit of a party area"

"Lovely hotel, not huge so personal feel. Absolutely spotless. Staff friendly and lovely pool. Very relaxing break. Worth noting there is no lift so had to use stairs. Not an issue for us but worth knowing if you do struggle with stairs so you can ask for an accessible room. Will stay there again."
