Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value.
My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

The laundry service was too expensive at 8 euros per wash. We were grateful to have a washer to save time and be able to hang our clothes outside to dry, but the price seemed like a lot since the machine was small. There werent any activities or wine tours mentioned, "

"This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!"

"A very nice and quiet place about 30 minutes from Florence. The staff was extremely welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. "This is a working winery and while the apartments are somewhat rustic and without air conditioning they provided much of the charm and experience that we were looking for during our stay in Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the wines produced by the winery. Natalia and Roberta were especially friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner that was available on our first night that included delicious food and wines. We also took advantage of the daily breakfast since the location is somewhat remote. Alternatively, one could easily prepare their own breakfast in the apartment kitchen but we opted for the convenience. Although remote the property is conveniently located in the countryside about midway between Florence and Siena which were the two cities we planned to visit during our stay. There is a pool on the property and we did also enjoy a stroll into the vineyards one evening to watch the sunset. The reason for the lower rating with facilities is primarily around some plumbing inconvenience which was not confined to just our unit but was being appropriately addressed by the property and we did not experience any issues on our last couple of days. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would stay there again if I return to Tuscany."
"Wonderful place to stay to soak in the views of Tuscany. The pool area with views are gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean, property was quiet. There are a lot of dining options a 10 min drive away in the town of San Casciano. You definately need a car here.
