"We arrived at the hotel early. But they gave us a room early. That’s always pleasant. But as we were checking in, my husband realized that he’d left his phone in the Uber. They were very helpful in helping us retrieve it. After the first night in a very cold room, they were very accommodating in moving us to a better room.
The buffet was excellent but it wasn’t clear to us until after that it was not free. "
