"There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew. "Very friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi is in a wierd enclosure although it used to be uncovered. Also not very hot. Poolside refreshments ie. Bar/café would do very well poolside rather than next to lobby. Breakfast was pretty good although not all hot items were available right at 7:00 AM when it opened."

"Just returned from 11 nights at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is great with tons of options, our room was clean and had an amazing view. Yes there is a bit of rust here and there on the balcony but what would you expect from an ocean front hotel exposed to the elements constantly. The location is also perfect as you can easily walk to the downtown area of Angra. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Terceira."
