From the moment I walked into the hotel, the reception team made me feel right at home. Check-in was an absolute breeze, made even sweeter by the thoughtful gesture of complimentary ice cream—such a lovely touch that instantly lifted my spirits after a long journey. Every staff member I encountered was unfailingly friendly, professional and eager to help. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with requests, the team demonstrated genuine care and attention. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d especially like to thank the manager of reception, who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. Their kindness and attentive nature made a real difference, and I truly appreciate their efforts in making me feel valued as a guest. In summary, G Hotel Gurney exceeded my expectations in every way. "Elevator should be labeled to indicate exec apartment. Haw Yeon who was mgr of breakfast buffet was exceptional incl recommending a market that was only on weeekend so that we would not miss it. Chefs and wait staff were very attentive. "

"Room was beautiful and had a great view. Comfortable bed and great shower pressure. Bar/lobby had good drinks and cafe had amazing pastries. Breakfast was a great spread and they make so many things for you. Wish we had more days here. "

"Bertam Resort is really outstanding. Quiet location, Amazing architecture and ambiance, great pools (unfortunately I had not enough time for the waterpark). But as a vegetarian i would like to have a wider range of dishes."
