"My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. The staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness not the scripted kind, but the kind that makes you feel like you matter. Every interaction was warm, respectful, and attentive.
The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I slept well, moved through the space with ease, and never once felt unsure or overlooked. It’s rare to find a place where you can truly relax, but this hotel created that feeling effortlessly.

"The laundry service was horrible. Not once in my 3 night stay was my room cleaned! I asked the front desk to bring more towels and to at least empty trash and it never happened! I used the same towel to take a shower the whole time! "

"There is about 1/4 inch gap in the door so you can see outside or inside. Each door had a glow from the sunset coming through. Also meant you could hear a lot going on. Soap in bathroom had been used and there was a cigarette burn on top toilet seat cover. Also had to fix the chain inside tank. in the lobby was gross. The only good thing was the staff"
