The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Terrt, was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal for a short rest. One suggestion for improvement: the signage from the reception to the rooms (and vice versa) could be clearer, especially given the large size of the hotel. Overall, a good and convenient stay for transit passengers"

"Hotel was ok overall, located downtown in an accessible area. Close to old town and modern downtown. Parking at hotel was extremely limited and there is no real place to unload if you arrive by car. Rooms are extremely small and not sure the “queen” beds are actually a standard queen size. Room was clean, although very cramped. "
