The property is currently under renovations, which is fine, but they should inform the customers about the inconveniences due to current conditions. Price-based is not fair right now. I was told by the person at the reception that my car could be stolen from their parking lot (Ground level).

We booked 5 nights through Expedia. There was no indication anywhere that they were in renovations. We had to park in the rear and walk through a major construction site to enter the building. On the second night, we arrived at 10 pm. There were no lights at all in the back of the building, total darkness. We had to use the lights on our phones to find our way to the door through the construction site. We decided then that it wasn’t safe and cancelled our 3 last night. We were still charged an extra fee from Expedia for cancelling. This should have been indicated at the time of booking. This is the worst experience we ever had in any hotel.

This hotel was a decent find for the Grand Prix weekend. I was able to drive to my reserved parking and walk a few minutes to the metro to get to the race. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was easy. The only thing that could be improved was the minifridge was not holding its contents at a cold temperature.

I enjoyed the area, super close to grocery stores, malls and restaurants. I appreciated having a refrigerator and fridge in the room. In addition the bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The Hotel staff were all also very friendly as well. My only recommendation is just to update the place. Thank you for the hospitality!
