"Me gustó atención, la limpieza y el desayunó rico a parte tiene un despachador de agua caliente y café y en las tardes tomar un te o un café antes de dormir, lo que no me gustó que la coladera de la regadera se estancaba el agua y se tardaba en irse tal vez se necesita limpiar la coladera de la regadera."
"HOTEL OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE REASON FOR THE 4/5 STARS IS JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS I DISLIKED. FOR ONE THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT AND THERE IS NO AC OR EVEN A FAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT A VERY HOT CITY BUT DURING THE DAY THE ROOM WAS HOT. ALSO THE INTERNET SUCKS. I NEEDED TO WORK AND THE WIFI WOULD NOT REACH MY ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. THE RESTAURANTS FOOD HAD REALLY GOOD FLAVOR BUT THE WAITERS ARE A BIT SLOW IN TERMS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST 4 OF THEM AND ONLY 3 TABLES TO SERVE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. I ATE THERE 4 TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FOOD WAS COLD."
"When I selected this hotel I was on the road with limited access to internet. The hotels.com search gave me only this and four more hotels. So I selected this one because of its reviews. A Hotel.com search here offers a lot better options.
Honestly, I do not think this hotel deserves such a high review.
1. It is located in a terrible neighborhood. We were in the fourth or fifth floor is was extremely noisy. Dogs were barking all night long.
2. When passing through the kitchen we could perceive a terrible smell which was not present at the time we were leaving in the morning.
3. There was no hot water in the bathroom and with no pressure at all. Water was practically dropping from the shower. Issue that was fixed in the morning.
4. The charge of the room per night does not support the quality of the room we stayed at. I would pay maybe 50% of their quoted price and only if I find no better hotels to stay."
"The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve."
