"I was loved this place. It looked amazing and had great reviews. But, when I arrived it was a big excellent surprise even more special. I literally wanted to move in & live there. And the staff and owners are super cool, incredibly kind, fun, and helpful. I rarely return to exact same place. "Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. "Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length. "
