The room reeked of chemicals where mgmt had used something to cover animal urine. Toaster kept burning toast & staff freaked out over the toast being thrown away. Big butter tub instead of individual packets. Had Subway mayo & mustard packs in clear box but no Subway in or near hotel. Milk jug setting on counter & not refrigerated. Staff hovered while getting breakfast. No bedbugs. Ok, if just passing through.

This is an ok place outside of the breeze way smelling like some one has been using it as its own personal bathroom….gosh it was bad. Then when we went down to get breakfast the front desk worker was so very rude….and disrespectful, but as I’ve said it’s an ok place to stay!!!!

In the bathroom they have a touch light vanity. It changed brightness with a touch. It is a bit noisy but that's right by the highway. And it is being renovated so not quite ready for guests

Front desk made the stay

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had screwed up my booking date and had to contact Hotels.com to cancel and rebook. Front desk was great thru the process. Made a frustrating situation must easier and we had a few good laughs.

Breakfast area consisted of coffee and four muffins. There was only half and half and sugars. The room was dissapointment. The furniture was falling apart. In spite of that , the bed was comfortable.

Major Renovations

Hotel is undergoing significant renovations and there is debris everywhere from old microwaves in the hall to building supplies in the lobby. The parts of the room that have been refurbished have been done relatively poorly (no pressure in sink), loose fitting fixtures, etc

Up grade to sweet so I could check in earlier. The bed was the best thing in the room one Desk and chair. No other place to set. Newly remodeling still had the smell. Refrigerator old no shelf. Right on the Freeway easy to get to.

Everything is broken

Very run down hotel. Free breakfast not really all the machines broken. Pool? Broken. Elevator? Broken. Bathtub? Cracked. Bed was ok. It was cheap.

I understand that they were going thru a renovation. However, the first room they gave us had bleach stained bed covers and the tub had cracks. You could see where they tried to fix things with a lot of caulking. The second room had hair all in the shower. The third room was ok, but smelled. They refused to refund us since we booked through Expedia.

Bad smell in the room. Bathtub had holes in the bottom of it. I didn't bother to take a shower in it. I could hear the people upstairs who were very loud and stomping around the room

We waited 25 minutes for someone to man the frint desk to check us in. We found out that the hot breakfast we anticipated was not to be. Instead, there were muffins and coffee. Unacceptable for my diabetic husband and not what we thought it would be.

Front desk was nice at check in. But the property was dirty broken elevator,stairway was dirty looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days.. the bed sheets had stains on them but seemed to be clean. Broken down vehicle on property that looked like it had been there for a longtime. Air Conditioner would not run for more than3 mins ans would shut off. Was very disappointed in that. Not Recommended

This property is badly in need of renovation. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and clean, but other things needed improvement. While the towels appeared washed, they were badly stained. Things from the toilet to the tub needed refreshing from apparent mold buildup. Office chair was wobbly and telephone was beyond repair. I had no confidence that the tile and carpet were comfortably clean. Being tired from a day of driving through thunderstorms, I did manage to sleep well.
