The owners are very helpful although they can only speak Thai. The only issue is that the location is away from the amenities of the city. "

"Quaint hotel conveniently located. The hotel is a short drive to the center of town with a laundry and restaurant with food like my mother cooked less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of parking, too. "

"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."

"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. "Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. Hot Room for 4 Hours but Food Good! 10,000btu a/c

"The room had SUN hitting the window all day! The room was 50 degrees and took 4 hours to get to 35 degrees! The room needs to be shaded from the Sun or run A/C 4 hours before guest arrive! We stayed here 4 times before but never on the HOT SUNNY SIDE of the Hotel! The Pool is Nice and the food brings us back each year! I will ask for a room on the shade side next time! I didn’t know! lol "

Lovely balcony

"Nice and comfortable, the bedroom was in great condition and balcony was really nice. Air con was also working, although we didn’t need it for our stay. We did notice a spot of old blood on the duvet but it seemed like a stain, and was otherwise definitely clean. They also provided a kettle and coffee for the morning, and assisted us with a late check in."

Great Expectations

"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. Despite having booked their most expensive room, I felt like I was paying a telephone bill. The room service menu was limited, bland and expensive. The breakfast reminded me of riding coach on a budget airline. Normally, I would not post anything negative unless absolutely nessesarry. However, $273 was WAY too much for what was delivered. I can not speak about the golfing experience as we were there for the comfort. However, the golf course seemed to get more attention. There was plenty of drinking water. The room was spacious, small robes provided and a working television. I hope this will save the next travellers some time and money."
