The property was clean & well presented. It was close to the tram stop & only a few minutes into the main city area.
In regard to communication, This was very poor. We had booked a deluxe room 6 months prior to checkin & didn't find out until we queried the room that was allocated at checkin that it was a standard double. After various attempts to find out why this happened we were told that our booking hadn't gone through even though it was confirmed through Expedia. After negotiating with the onsite manager we were refunded the difference.

I didn’t receive any email or notification that this property is self checkin, there were no one there while arriving and I had to make several roaming calls & to download an App to get access to my room although there were no WiFi avalable

The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a good sign. Hotel was quiet, especially at night. I also liked the free apples on the counter for guests.

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!

East reach from and to Chur station, you take no 6 bus, from chur station abs it will take you right outside the hotel, 3 Swiss francs for the bus pp . The hotel is adjacent to a small shopping centre and supermarket which is extremely convenient.
