"The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements.
On the negative side I have two comments.........
1. Location - The hotel is a short distance out of the centre of Chiang Rai so it will better suit travellers with a vehicle. I had my own vehicle so getting around wasn't a problem but most holiday makers will usually organise guided tours that will pick you up from the...

"A wonderful stay in a great location, at the center, walking distance to the various downtown temples and markets. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Instead of key cards, they have round fabric-wrapped electronic devices. There is a restaurant at the hotel, or you can walk to any number of small street restaurants in the vicinity."

"This hotel is a bit away from the busy city center. There were not much within walking distance. But it is quiet and well-equiped, and it was not far from the only major shopping mall. There was a nice swimming pool, fitness center, and a nice guest lounge with cafe and snacks. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices and the rooms were large.

"A short but excellent stay, couldn’t fault it! The staff were really helpful when discussing restaurants and things to do. The room was fantastic and all the facilities are great. Loved the fact that we were able to have bottled water without having to pay extra. Would definitely recommend stopping here."
