"Property was lovely from the outside but very dated. My room was very small and very dirty, for the price of the rooms i expected 5 stars but it was far from it, Could write my name in the dust not just one area the whole room, mould in bathroom and pink from lack of good cleaning lime scale on taps, smell in room and hallway. I was there for a wedding. So could not go to another hotel"

"great location, Walkable to centre of town. Great choices at breakfast, good room although hanging cupboard is very cramped with an ironing board in it. It would be good to have some other hooks on the walls."

"The bed was far too small - I didn't get a decent night's sleep there due to that. There was a power socket on only one side of the bed - very inconvenient. The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."
