"We loved everything! Josh was great at check in and with recommendations. Nick was truly fabulous bartending and giving us helpful suggestions and tips. Aurora was extremely helpful as well. 5 stat hotel in a great location with an awesome bar and restaurant. Hamburgers were off the chart. Thank you!!! We most definitely will be back!"

"We were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations, having not realized that we were getting a suite with kitchen accoutrements! Everything about the suite was wonderful and the location suited well for overnight while attending a concert at nearby Tanglewood in Lenox, MA. I gave 4 stars to the staff and 5 stars for everything else. They seemed somewhat inexperienced, but they were doing their best, I am sure, and will eventually become seasoned registration staff. After all, everyone in any job has startup routines to master. "
