"Was based in the area for 5 days so needed a place to cater for my needs and Mrs Dale’s did so absolutely perfectly. It’s a cosy cottage with all the amenities I needed (especially parking!) and is situated in close proximity to major roads. The hosts were very kind and generous with what they have available for guest use. Would definitely stay again if I’m based in the area again "

"Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"An interesting mix of comfortable, quaint, shabby chic and just plain shabby makes this cottage challenging to review! Overall, I was disappointed and felt that getting a few minor repairs done and providing better quality towels and bed linen would have made all the difference. "I booked this property because it acepts dogs. When I arrived the owner was quite horrible with me about my dog. Apparently you need to state about your dog coming even though the website doesn't state that! Poor communication and as a paying customer I was put off by the owners attitudes "
