"This charming boutique hotel is a true gem! They bake their own bread and pastries, filling the air with a delightful aroma. The lobby is quaint and exceptionally comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax with a book or catch up on work. The bedrooms are even better in person than they appear online â spacious, with high ceilings and a super comfortable bed. The bathrooms are also generously sized. To top it all off, the staff is incredibly warm, hospitable, and efficient. This is clearly a...
"Totally disorganised. The hotel's pleasant enough, but it's a lottery whether or not you get the room you booked, or any room! Don't seem to have any booking process..

"Usually we book this tip of hotel for a night rest and continue the trip. It's fair price for what it offers. They had some bord games etc for entertainment in the reception area"

"Stayed in a suite that was very comfortable. Nice to have the extra space. Restaurant was nice and food of good quality, perhaps an extra waiter would have made it quicker.
Good location near the centre of the town.
We had a bonkers car with no roof, doors etc so secure parking was very important and this hotel has private underground. "
"Not too bad but the car park is in a poor state and up the street from the hotel entrance .. which is not great when it is raining and you have to drag your luggage along uneven pavements and over bumps and potholes all while getting soaking wet."
"Nice hotel in Angouleme. Had a little difficulty finding it at night since not familiar with area. Had after hours check in which went well, although gate for accessing parking area was not automatic but manual. Hotel is new in an older building, but that adds to its charm and has all the modern amenities (including A/C, which not all hotels have in the area). The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but was small like most French hotel rooms. Enjoyed our one night stay and would stay here again if we are in the area. "
"This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great.
This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!"
"Lovely, quirky hotel right in the middle of the city so very convenient for everything. The receptionists were excellent, so bright and helpful. Particularly helped with the parking as itâs quite tricky when the small car park is busy. The rooms were interesting - each seems to have an individual theme with different colours and attractive vintage furniture. Very comfortable with lovely linen bedding. One small thing is that whilst they have tea and coffee in the room you have to get milk from reception which is a minor but unnecessary inconvenience. The rooms were spotless, as were the interestingly decorated communal areas. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was very standard and not so well maintained if you donât get there first thing. Oddly, they serve your coffee in a jug with no top which means it goes cold very quickly which is very frustrating. "
