"Great place for the price"

"Not sure if this is a party hotel or what but we had an absolute horrible experience Friday night that was so bad the police had to be involved for the noise complaint next door. We weren’t offered a discount or refund for our night or anything after the police finally came after midnight to escort the person next door to us. If you have a room with a door that connects to the room next to you, you better hope and pray no one stays there otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING. And then hope there isn’t a party next door. Then my card was charged twice on top of the whole experience and they said it’s bc there is a “resort fee” that isn't charged on outside third parties that book. I will definitely not stay here again and would recommend not staying here."

"I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud heater/fan unit. The inside of the coffee maker was disgusting. The sliding door going out to the "balcony" had been previously broken and a piece of metal was screwed into the frame to "keep it from opening" but was still able to open and not secure. We asked about their dry cleaning service and were directed to a flyer taped on a desk that was in spanish(?) the phone number did not work. No ironing board in the room. Our cards to enter the room had to be "recharged" atleast 4 times, the batteries in the card reader on the door had to be replaced, the door itself stuck when trying to enter or exit the room (we were told that it was going to fixed on day 2 but it was not). There was no phone provided in our room. The hotel had what seemed like minimal directions at the hallways intersections which caused us to get lost mant times in the first 2 days. The reviews were better at the time I made the reservation but things obviously went downhill by the time we arrived for our stay. "

"TERRIBLE HOTEL, STAY AWAY. When I tried to check in, the front desk staff was absent, just a sign saying they'd be right back. She ambled in about 15-20 minutes after I arrived (dressed like she was ready for bed), and a long line of people had built up behind me. While I waited for her, I decided to get cash at the ATM in the lobby but the ATM did not work. I got checked in and went to my room. It was kind of dirty. I turned on the TV, and the picture was so blurry it looked like double vision so I turned it off. I plugged my phone into the outlet next to the bed, and laid down to go to sleep. Shortly after, I noticed a whiff of hot electrical smell. It was the outlet. I immediately removed my charger from the outlet and it was HOT. I touched the outlet with my hand and it was HOT also. I waited a few minutes and checked the outlet again - it was even hotter. I called the front desk, explained the situation and asked for a different room. She said they were fully booked. I then told her to locate the breaker for the outlet and turn it off before it starts on fire. She refused but said she'd call maintenance. I waited almost an hour for maintenance, who never arrived. Meanwhile the outlet continued to get hotter. I packed up and checked out at the front desk, explaining I couldn't stay in a room that smelled like it was going to start on fire. The woman said "Oh yeah, I was just about to call you..." in a very nonchalant way. I left and found a different hotel up the street."

"Sausage was over cooked, disappointed with hot tub being not hot. Usually much better bot not bad."

"Stayed at this hotel for one night. We were attending a concert at the Denny Sanford center. We checked in about 4:45 and started getting ready. We walked into our room and notice a brown nasty stain on the couch when you first walk it.. Further inspection of the room the floors look like they had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. There were legit visible crumbs between the two beds. We went on about our night got ready left for the concert about 6:45ish didn't get back from the concert until about 11:30ish. We went to the bar and ordered drinks and a pizza, both drinks and pizza were good. Head back to our rooms and go to bed. Wake up the next day and start to pack shower and get ready to check out. We attempted to take showers but the shower curtain would not stay open. We were looking up at the rod and notice it was ripped out of the wall. I notified the front desk as soon as we were done getting ready and checking out. I was met with well why didn't you tell us about it yesterday when you checked in. No one noticed it yesterday as we were hardly in the room. She said she would note it on our booking. I get home check my bank account and sure enough they were trying to charge me $300.00 for the damage. I called spoke with a manager she review cameras and let me know she would refund my money. Then proceeded to say I needed to go change my review and that she hopes I am being honest about this and it would be unfortunate for them If I was lying. Inspect your rooms!!"

"Nice hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. I travel to the area often on business and from now on, I will be staying here whenever I'm inFargo. "
