"First of all, we'd like to mention Mo, the front desk receptionist who had provided excellent, world class customer service to us, helping us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. She did not check us in, but was very courteous in making sure that we got things squared away as we accidentally booked for the wrong date. Her smile on the phone and in person made us feel otherwise about a typical Motel 6 experience you would have. Mo deserves recognition for excellent customer service and also, the gentleman who checked us in did a great job as well. He gave us a room that was beyond our expectation since they did run out of our requested room on that evening, but he did match our request. Again, thank you Mo and your partner on that day. THANK YOU BOTH.
With that said, this is an excellent location with excellent customer service. Very convenient location, absolutely would stay here again if possible. The only thing is, you could provide more electrical outlets in the room, but we do realize this is Motel 6 so not to make a big fuss about it, you guys could do a little better. Other than that, nothing to complain about!"
