"Everything about the place was very good, except. The manhole cover in the bathroom was missing and, therefore very draughty."

"For a budget friendly hotel, the room is simple, and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a sink and a small fridge. AC worked great. The shared bathroom was clean, beautifully appointed. A handheld and rain showerhead made for a great showering, experience. Shower gel soap, shampoo, and conditioner available in the shower area. Extra towels, washcloths, and a floor mat ready for use in the bathroom. I felt very safe and secure in the shared but private toilet/shower room because of the heavy duty lock on the door. A casino room on the first floor was great for entertainment. A private secure parking area was a pleasant surprise for a downtown location."

"Wasn't as describedb said separate bedroom it was just a room. Nowhere to sit Kettle was broken ,tv remote flat batterys. ,door had a metal plate screwd onto it where I guess it had been broken into. Holes in wall , then outside the room 3rd floor bricks broken right next to edge . garbage bin lid on table. Pool door tied up with shoe lace .has 3 nights book left after 1 . Went to give key back couldn't find anyone. Hotel.com tried to call them no answer emails no reply."
