At the front desk Airi was also warm and very friendly. She provided recommendations around the area on where to eat and walk around. Both ladies are amazing team members for the hotel. I enjoy W properties and this is one I will recommend to all my friends. "

"Staff are so amazing. My international flight was delayed 8 hours. Upon checkin I was given a late checkout to help me not spend all of that time at the airport. I had problems changing a connecting flight—Internet not working properly and airline phones jammed. Celia at the front desk was so extremely helpful—finally getting through to the airline and relieving my anxiety which allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you!"
