"Great location and the staff are fantastic. Yes it is a little tired, but if you can overlook a couple of minor things - it is a great property. The location is the big winner, 3mins walk and you are at Circular Quay! Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay.
It is close to the light rail and train, as well as perfectly located for a short walk to Darling Harbour.
We scored a great deal for premium queen room with kitchen.
Unfortunately, the queen was a double and the bed was very hard!
My wife and I ended up on the 2 singles in the lounge area as they were much better.
You can hear some traffic in the morning.
The pool on level 20 is cute, quiet and warm. The spa wasn’t heating up and was dead cold (but perhaps we were pressed the wrong button? It just wouldn’t warm up).
Overall 4/5 mainly because they looked after us extremely well.
The downsides were well covered by location, service and parking option!
Which by-the-way at $40 for extended overnight stay is worth it compared to Wilson parking.
We would stay again, however make sure we get a comfy queen bed."
