Loved the breakfast buffet, as one of the finest we've ever had. We included it in our purchase of the room, and it was great. Wish we could stay there more often, but it's a haul from Missouri in the US.

Management seems to put itself first and disrespects their guests by not considering what a guest expects from a hotel. From slow food & beverage service to dirty hallways, idiotic room lighting and miserable water pressure, it is indicative of however many millions were spent on the recent refurbishment were not directed towards improving the guest experience. What once was a well-functioning hotel has now been diminished to the lowly standards that reduced their Hayman Island property into a farce...mission accomplished!
