The room needs some repair and general maintenance. Bathroom was extremely tiny and no bath - I don’t know if I received an upgrade. I thought the room had a bath so it was a bit disappointing. Staff as always were lovely and helpful.

The location is great and the old wool store and its history is also good to review- have stayed a few times before but this time the service let it down When asked where we can park answered with valet parking or you can find somewhere yourself - breakfast service wasn’t good waited for 20mins for two boiled eggs The service used to be top notch and it’s ia a pity it has slipped
