I appreciate the quality of housekeeping - spotless, neat, and responsive to our extra towel requests - brilliant! Thank you! All staff were friendly but polite. The operation was simple but secure. - Thank you! The supervisor of beverage and food (sorry forgot his name! He is from Nepal) had such a warm and friendly manner and I enjoyed a chat /joke with him. All the best for his future career development. I highly recommend your hotel - it was such a lovely stay. We stayed at this hotel because of its location and a big discount that was offered on its normal room rate. It is a good middle of the road hotel and it met our expectations with one big reservation. In our bathroom the shower over the bath arrangement was both frustrating to use and potentially dangerous. Even when using the bath mat provided, the surface of the bath was slippery and no holding points at all were provided. In order to move around under the shower it was necessary to grip the metallic soap-holder to avoid the possibility of a fall. It was also very difficult to get a comfortable water temperature by adjusting the hot and cold water, swivel-style taps. In summary, taking a shower was a very unpleasant experience in what was otherwise a good stay.

Excellent location for an affordable price! Really the only “issues” were the random hours during which the room was serviced and the fact that neither the pool nor hot tub were actually heated, rendering them unusable during the winter. The hotel room was large and comfortable, although not sure what’s up with the furnishing choices-we had half a couch… The restaurant on premises didn’t look like much but was very good. Overall, happy!

Overall the bedrooms were clean and tidy, services and staff were great too. The bed mattress however was very soft and the standing shower was not enclosed enough by glass so water went everywhere in the bathrooms

The tap for the bathtub was also faulty, producing a very loud noise when it was turned off. The rubbish bin in my room was also not cleared for one of the day during our stay.

The facility has everything you need, the staff is very friendly and lovely. The breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice to please everyone. The location is excellent, in a cul de sac (so quiet) and at a short walk to the light rail and train station, with a direct train to the airport, so you don't need a taxi or car. We loved our stay, and will be back!
