A satisfactory stay. The hotel is conveniently located near central station, and is surrounded by a plethora of food options in Surry Hills. Rydges were also kind enough to permit earlier check-in. However, the hotel is a bit rundown, with slow lifts and outdated rooms; with thin walls/windows making it noisy. Unfortunately the pool/sauna area was also consistently occupied with too many people, making it too cramped to enjoy the facilities.

Sweet little receptionist was so attentive. Request I’ve more chairs for the bedroom as there were four people sharing. The chairs were delivered in 15 minutes. We found staff very friendly and accommodating.
