Very lovely hotel with huge rooms. My room was on the 3rd floor and I could see the top of the harbour bridge.
The hotel itself was a great location for exploring the city. It was a short walk or bus ride from attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
Great location. Clean. Room was a bit outdated and the hairdryer was missing. I had to ask a few times before someone addressed it; it felt as if they weren't listening.
Also, the breakfast in the cafe was poor and over-priced. With so many great restaurants nearby, I'd skip that one.
A great place to stay. Parking is secure. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Well located.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The hotel is conveniently located close to the CBD. We checked in at 11.30pm and greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The check-in was seamless and speedy. The room was large and the bed comfortable. We booked for a king-size bed. The roof had complimentary coffee/tea and cookies. For guest planning to stay for more than 1 day, I'd advice bringing sanitary products such as soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc, since the complimentary products from the hotel is meant for 1person and for one-time use. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the port and Sydney harbour bridge. The only downside to our stay was the noise or recurring sound emerging from the fridge or from outside. This was very disturbing for us and interrupted our sleep.
Its a perfectly lovely hotel, we were advised prior to staying that a staffing issue would result in rooms being cleaned every 3 days. we actually declined cleaning on day 3, hoping a tidy room sign on day 4 would be a suitable substitute. However, we struggled to coordinate a time for our room to be tidied whilst we were out, thus we opted not to tidy our room and just ask staff for fresh towels.
There was also substantial construction noise on day 5. This would have been fine had we been out for the day, however my partner was unwell and chose to recover in the room. It would have been nice to be advised of the construction as it was in the room next door.

Disliked: Staff & service
Great view from harbour view room. Pity that breakfast only available.
Extremely handy to CBD. Easy walk to most of the city. Parking onsite good. Staff helpful. Breakfast in restaurant was buffet- lots of choice, reasonably priced. Room was a good size. Thank you for providing biscuits with tea and coffee in the room. Great view.
